My drive for creating bDriven Coaching stems from a passion to empower others to realize a level of confidence, determination and potential that I have discovered through my love for the bike and sport. I bought a bike in 2002 as a way to stay fit and fell in love. I started racing the following year and within the season had progressed to the highest level of road racing, category 1.

Soon after my entry into racing, I had an accident that would change the course of my athletic and professional career. I was hit by a truck, a collision that led to multiple spinal fractures and severe muscle damage. With extensive rehabilitation and guidance from trusted coaches and rehabilitation specialists, I returned to a high level of racing.

My journey of facing injury, recovery, pain and self-discovery has taught me the importance of focused support from a network of trained professionals to facilitate true success. I offer this drive, knowledge and experience to each of my athletes, guiding their success.
